In fact, Zero Technologies, LLC is proud to be the only major company that recycles gravity filter cartridges from U.S. customers. Just send them back and we’ll separate each filter. The plastic as well as the materials inside it will be sent to various facilities for reuse.

Using ZeroWater® pitchers and cooler bottles show you’re serious about reducing plastic bottle waste, too. The average household can eliminate nearly 2,800 plastic PET bottles per year simply by switching to ZeroWater® filtered water pitchers†. So while you’re drinking clean water, you’re helping make the environment clean, too.

If you wish to participate in this recycling program, you will need to do a few simple steps to be sure the returned filters are processed accurately for recycling.

1. Click here to print a form that must be completed and included with your returned filters.
2. Place your used filter into a sealable plastic bag and be sure it is sealed tightly. Place your used filters and your completed form in a well packed box and mail to the following address:

We are asking customers to pay for shipping their exhausted filters to us. Upon processing, you will be e-mailed a $5.00 coupon for a future purchase of ZeroWater® filters to offset your shipping costs.
