As a former college athlete Isaac battled the yoyo of weight loss and gain after college due to inactivity. 5 years ago, Isaac decided to get serious about his long-term health, and then the health of others. With his company #TheNoExcuseCrew him and his team are helping lifestyle clients live a healthier life and helping bodybuilding athletes on the #TNEC Competition team reach their goals on stage.
