Refund policy

Items purchased on our site: Products purchased directly from our site may be returned for a full refund within 45 days of the original purchase date, provided they are new, unopened, and in the original manufacturer’s packaging. To initiate a return, please contact Customer Care at 1-800-503-2939 or customerservice@zerowater.com.

Items purchased elsewhere: Products purchased from a retailer or other third party must be returned to the original place of purchase and are subject to that seller’s return policy.

Opened or used items: Products that have been opened or used are not eligible for return under our standard return policy. These items may be covered under the warranty outlined in the product manual. If the item is not covered by the applicable warranty, it may not be eligible for a refund or replacement.
